As a senior lecturer specialising in neurodiversity, I’ve led inclusive curriculum reform, advised on institutional wellbeing strategy, and founded a sector-recognised Neurodivergent Network. My work sits at the intersection of positive psychology, reflective practice, and organisational change – informed by both research and real-world impact.
