Neuro Ed Pro Consultancy
I’m Matt Coldrey – a neuroinclusivity consultant, coach and educator with a passion for helping individuals and organisations create spaces where neurodivergent people can truly thrive. Whilst I specialise in Neurodiversity, I am an experience Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) consultant, and also offer workshops, training, and policy development in general EDI objectives too.
Understanding, Confidence, and Removing Barriers
With over 20 years’ experience in coaching and a decade in higher education, I’ve supported thousands of people to better understand themselves, build confidence, and remove the barriers that hold them back. Whether it’s one-to-one coaching, team training, or shaping inclusive policy, my approach is always grounded in empathy, evidence, and practical change.
Positive Psychology, Reflective Practice, and Organisational Change
I bring a unique blend of lived experience and professional expertise. As a senior lecturer specialising in neurodiversity, I’ve led inclusive curriculum reform, advised on institutional wellbeing strategy, and founded a sector-recognised Neurodivergent Network. My work sits at the intersection of positive psychology, reflective practice, and organisational change – informed by both research and real-world impact.
Personal, Bespoke, and Collaborative
What I offer isn’t just theory. It’s action-focused, personalised support that meets people where they are and helps them move forward. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in listening carefully, working collaboratively, and building environments where difference is not only accepted – but valued.
Change That Lasts!
Whether you’re looking to embed inclusive policy, upskill your team, or find support through coaching – I’m here to help you create change that lasts. Get in touch to find out more!
